Photos of the Ladies Medals.
This would have been one of the best photos of
my life.
The faces of all four winners are visible, not obscured by
each other. All four winners are in a curving line, looking
happy and sharing their happiness with the crowd.
But right before I took this photo, an asshole
-- who saw me standing,
poised ready with my camera up to my face as I aimed for the
shot but obviously didn't care -- moved right in front of me and
I
had to dodge around him, resulting in the blurred shot you see
here.
A shot I had been hoping for, and planning for, all week long.
I post this photo here to inflict my pain upon
the world,
and to state publicly that I hope the aforementioned asshole
goes straight to hell and spins on the hottest coal he can find.
